If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

Returns & Exchanges
- We have a 3-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
- To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If you received a defective or wrong product, we will arrange the reverse pickup from your location. The shipping cost will be covered by Culturatees.
- If you ordered the wrong product/size, or changed your mind, we will arrange the reverse pickup, but you will need to bear a nominal return shipping fee (approx. ₹100).

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- Customized or personalized T-shirts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Items purchased under sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund Timelines:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds processed within 7 working days after quality check.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds processed within 15 working days after quality check.
- Non-delivered Products: Refund processed within 7 working days, after confirmation from logistics partners (shipping charges may be deducted if delivery was refused).
- Missing Items: Refund processed within 7 working days after inspection.
